Accidentally stumbled on on culture day festivities
Neighborhood carts, they were battling on who was the fastest. They have people playing drums inside to keep the tempo and people on top the keep the energy up.

Osaka Castle in the foreground. We wanted to go in but Cultural day is a national holiday so everyone has it off from work and school. The line to get in was over two hours and it was 80+ degrees.

It was a very busy, very crowded day so we decided to head back to the hotel and just do some small shopping in the shops near us.
